I cannot see my Koda security cameras in Split View
- Make sure all security cameras were set up correctly.
- Check your WiFi connection at each camera location and your circuit breaker to see if it tripped or if there is a power outage in your area.
- You will need a minimum 6 Mbps upload and download speeds to see Split View comfortably with three cameras, and 8 Mbps upload and download speeds with four cameras.
- If your Koda Security Camera with Motion-Activated Floodlight has a flashing purple LED, that means it is going through a firmware update and will not be accessible until the update is complete.
